हम देखते हैं कि धन - निर्माण सिर्फ गणित है। जबकि जीवन जीना एक कला है।
अब जरा पीछे की ओर चले और सोचें, जब हम हाई स्कूल में थे तो हम में से अधिकांश लोगों ने गणित की पढाई की है और अधिकांश लोगों ने शायद कला विषय को भी पढ़ा होगा। अब, दोनों क्षेत्रों के बारे में जरा ध्यान से सोचें तो हमेशा गणित विषय को कुछ अकाट्य तथ्यों के आधार पर परिभाषित किया गया। जैसे 5 + 5 हमेशा 10 , 10 - 5 हमेशा 5 , 10×10 हमेशा 100, तथा 7+7 हमेशा 14 ही होता है; इत्यादि इत्यादि। इसके मान में कभी भी कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होता है।
गणित में हमेशा सिर्फ एक ही उत्तर होता है। जबाब एक अकाट्य तथ्य होता है , पत्थर की लकीर की तरह होता है , कभी भी बदलता नहीं है। गणित एक विज्ञान है। यह सूत्रों पर आधारित होता है। हर बार होने से पहले ही आप इसका परिणाम जान सकते हैं।
लेकिन क्या आपकी कला परियोजना पर भी यही नियम लागू होता है क्या ? कला बहुत अधिक व्यक्तिपरक होता है। कहते हैं, कि "सौंदर्य'' देखने वाले की नज़र में होता है। इसका कोई एक सही जवाब नहीं होता है। सौंदर्य की परिभाषा अलग - अलग लोगों के लिए अलग -अलग होती है।
प्रसिद्ध कलाकारों की विभिन्न शैलियों के बारे में जरा सोचें, अलग-अलग लोगों को अलग-अलग स्टाइल खूबसूरत लगते हैं। यही विविधता ही है जो कला को बनाता है । इसे ही कला कहते हैं ।
धन-निर्माण (वेल्थ-बिल्डिंग ) गणित की तरह है: कैसे आइये जानते हैं -
यदि आप प्रत्येक महीने अपने सेवानिवृत्ति खाते में रु 5 ,000 जोड़ते हैं और 20 वर्षों में 7% ब्याज प्राप्त करते हैं, तो आप अब यह जान सकते हैं कि आपके पास 20 बाद कितनी रकम होगी। यह गणित है। यदि आप अभी 200, 0000 रुपये में कोई संपत्ति खरीदते हैं और इसकी कीमत प्रतिवर्ष 3% तक बढ़ जाता है, तो आप जानते हैं कि आप इसे 10 वर्षों में कितना में बेच पाएंगे। गणित की सुंदरता जानने में है। आप एक कार्य -प्रणाली (सिस्टम) बना सकते हैं, इसे ऑटोपायलट पर सेट कर सकते हैं और गणित आपके लिए काम करता रहता है। आपको इसका परिणाम पता होता है।

I have seen over the years teaching people to be successful that people dedicate their entire lives to achieve two major things, first is wealth-building and second is peace in life. After much thought on both these topics - money and life - I have come to some new conclusions on how to see both.
We see that wealth creation is just mathematics. While living life is an art.
Now let's go backwards and think, when we were in high school, most of us have studied Mathematics and most of us might have also studied Art. Now, think about both the areas carefully, always the subject of mathematics was defined based on some irrefutable facts. For example 5 + 5 is always 10, 10 - 5 is always 5, 10 × 10 is always 100, and 7 + 7 is always 14; and so on and so forth. There is never any change in its value.
There is always only one answer in mathematics. The answer is an irrefutable fact, like a streak of stone, never changing. Mathematics is a science. It is based on formulas. You can know the result before it happens every time.
But does the same rule apply to your art project? Art is very subjective. It is said that "beauty" is in the eye of the beholder. There is no one right answer. The definition of beauty is different for different people.
Just think about the different styles of famous artists, different people find different styles beautiful. It is this diversity that makes art. This is called art.
So how does this fit in with wealth-making and life?
Wealth-building is like mathematics: let us know -
If you add Rs 5, 000 to your retirement account every month and get 7% interest in 20 years, you can now know the amount you will have after 20 years. This is mathematics. If you buy a property now for Rs 200, 0000 and its price increases by 3% per annum, then you know how much you will be able to sell it in 10 years. The beauty of mathematics lies in knowing.
